8th May - Today Petersfield fell silent for two minutes at midday on the 80th anniversary of VE day. We remembered all those who had sacrificed so much during WWII and reflected on the importance of peace in the world.

7th May - Well done to Ash class for a fantastic celebration of learning assembly today! You spoke and sang so confidently! Thank you to everyone who joined us today.

1 May - Today, we welcomed the English Hub to Petersfield to deliver some early reading and phonics coaching sessions for staff.

28th Apr - We were delighted to welcome Jude Simpson, poet, performer and storyteller, into school to write poetry with year 5 and perform some poems in Collective Worship. Jude's tongue twisters and performance poetry were fantastic and enjoyed by all!

23rd Apr - Today we welcome Ofsted into school to celebrate our successes and to talk about our next steps as we continue our school development journey. Please see our Ofsted webpage (School Information tab) to access a PDF version of the letter and guidance we received as a word document.

22nd Apr - Today our EYFS and KS1 children enjoyed their first session in their scootability and balanceability training.
